At DCAP, I act as the operational anchor for Martin Maurer, managing schedules, communications, and day-to-day operations so he can focus on high-value work. I oversee project management, maintain and grow professional relationships, filter inbound requests, and identify strategic opportunities. I also support client engagement, pitching DCAP to potential users and advising on adoption strategies. My role ensures that workflows run smoothly and that business priorities are executed efficiently, allowing Martin to scale his work and the DCAP platform.
